  1. Backlinks are in fact very important!
    It is no secret, most traffic given to your website is search engines.
    So if you get alot of backlinks, you will be better placed on these.

  3. good advice, PR is very important, I’d rather say, get as many backlinks as you can, but beware of link farms.
